Service Description

We will wait for the Defendant at a place and time determined by the Plaintiff/Petitioner. This fee covers one hour (or fraction of one hour) of stakeout anywhere in New York City and it is non-refundable. Some stakeout jobs are completed in less than hour. No refunds are given for the unused minutes or if the Defendant did not show up at the address provided by the Plaintiff/Client.

Cancellation Policy

Service of process is effected within 2-5 business days after we receive your documents and payment. No refunds are available if you choose to cancel service after you have sent the documents and made payment.
