Send Your Court Papers.

We will serve your Court papers within the next 2-5 business days from the date we receive your papers if you send them timely and we receive your payment. In order to send your papers, please follow the instructions below (You may also skip this step for now and proceed to pay for process service but,  after you have made payment, please send your Court papers).
 

By Email
If  you are able to scan your documents, please email them to us anytime. You should send your documents as a PDF or JPE attachment  to:

In most instances, it is OK to serve a copy of your pleadings unless your Court has ordered otherwise. We will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your Court papers. If we do not confirm receipt, please contact us by email or phone.

By Fax
Most Courts will accept service of legible copies of the court documents. Therefore you may send your summons, petition, complaint and other court documents to our fax:

By Mail
You may send your papers by regular mail, USPS priority mail (recommended) or overnight mail to our mailing address:

You may bring your papers in person to our Intake Office located at.:

(between Pitkin  Ave. and East New York Ave.). This Intake Office is open from 10:30 a.m.-05:00 p.m. (Mon thru Fri).

To save time, please call us to ensure that you have everything in order and that your papers can be served by us.
Directions:
BY BUS:
The bus routes that will bring you here are B14  or B60.
BY CAR:
By car from Queens you can take  the Belt Parkway to Rockaway Parkway which merges into Rockaway  Avenue. You can also take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to Pennsylvania Ave. After crossing  Pennsylvania Avenue , take East New York Ave to  Rockaway Avenue.
From Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island, just drive on any major highway (Van Wyck, BQE, Belt Parkway) till you get to Atlantic Ave.  Drive on Atlantic Avenue till you get to Rockaway  Avenue.

Payment may be made online, by mail (Check or money order payable to "New York Process Service") or in person. We don't accept payments by phone.
